Yale University President at Anatolia
Yale President Richard Levin visited Anatolia and ACT May 7 to deliver a groundbreaking lecture on globalization of higher education. While on campus, President Levin also held a press conference, had tea with the local Yale community and attended a reception in his honor in Raphael Hall. The latter was attended by the current and previous Rectors of Aristotle University, Trustees, faculty, and students, as well as by the 2007 Yale University Teacher of Year Anna Petmeza from the Anatolia IB program. Dr. Levin’s visit was part of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation’s “Great Ideas” series and was co-sponsored by the Foundation, the Fulbright Program and by the US Embassy and Consulate General.
